Shipping policy
Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your order to be processed (note that delivery times may vary based on your preferred shipping options)
Orders over C$100 are eligible for free expedited shipping via Canada Post. Under C$100 will have a C$4.50-C$12.50 depending on distance. All shipping includes package tracking and insurance coverage. (orders may take 1- 7 days to arrive once shipped depending on the destination). Note that these shipping times are estimates.
We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect address on your order. Should your order be returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Refund & Exchanges policy
Normal wear of your jewelry over time will not be considered a manufacturing fault of Angie Lyn Art & Jewelry, however, we will replace your piece if you find a fault (solder issue) within 30 days of purchase, please email angielyncanada@gmail.com.
If your jewelry arrives damaged due to transit
please email angielyncanada@gmail.com within three days of receiving your order. You may choose to return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange for an item(s) or shop credit of the same value. We are glad to pay the Canada post regular shipping rate.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returned used, worn products. Please include the original packaging with your return.
All earrings are final sales due to hygienic reasons.
